The truck starts at a price of ₹23.07 lakhs (ex-showroom) and is available in a cabin with chassis variant and a cabin with load body variant. The truck also comes in two load body options which are fixed side deck and high side deck. You also get three load body length options of 20 ft, 22 ft and 24 ft.

On the outside, the Tata T.12g Ultra gets a stylish design which makes it look distinct from most other trucks in the segment. The front profile gets a new design statement with a unique headlamp design as well. Along with that, the truck boasts a really high quality build for its chassis and body. The engine is quite powerful and capable and paired to G550 Manual, Synchromesh 6-Speed (6F+1R) gearbox and a 330 mm diameter single plate dry friction clutch, it offers superior mileage. The fuel tank capacity is 160 litres and DEF tank capacity is 25 litres. This ensures seamless, uninterrupted journeys over long distances without the worry of refilling multiple times.

Safety

The Tata T.12g Ultra comes with a very comprehensive safety package which includes some crucial safety features like the full S-cam air brakes and graduated valve controlled spring brake chamber integral with rear brake for parking brakes, as well as seat belts and front and side mirrors. The 6-wheeler also gets a spare tyre and the front and rear tyres are all steel radial tubeless measuring 245/75 R 17.5, 14 PR. The truck also comes with India's First Crash Tested Steel cabin for added safety.
