Tata T.12 Ultra

January 22, 2021: The T.12 Ultra is a 12T intermediate category truck as part of the modern Ultra range of trucks from Tata Motors. This truck is the sibling of the T.11 Ultra variant with slightly higher payload. This mid-ICV truck is priced between ₹ 15.60 - ₹ 21.24 lakh, ex-showroom New Delhi. Apart from the new Ultra-modern, walkthrough cabin, the T.12 is suitable for long haul trips with multiple deck lengths (20ft to 24ft options. This truck is designed to address the growing needs of delicate cargo across all business applications. Like the rest of ICV range, the T.12 is developed for Indian roads and operating conditions with robust powertrain and aggregates that enhance your truck ownership experience and help you scale new business success.  

Tata T.12 Ultra USPs: The T.12 Ultra is a 11990 kg gross vehicle weight category truck fitted with the same new generation modern cabin with futuristic styling & aerodynamic design with a walkthrough feature. The spacious and comfortable cabin gets a 1+2 seating configuration. Tata Motors expect this truck to appeal to both the fleet operators and the drivers alike. 

Tata T.12 Ultra Engine: The T.12 gets a more powerful 3.3L, 4-cylinder, 3300 cc BS6 engine. It produces 155hp of power at 450 Nm of torque and tuned to a Tata Motors 5-speed GBS 40 gearbox.

Tata T.12 Ultra Suspensions: The front suspension of T.10 Ultra is parabolic leaf spring, hydraulic double acting shock absorber. At the rear is a semi-elliptical leaf spring, hydraulic double-acting shock absorbers.

Tata T.12 Ultra Cargo Bodies: The cargo body lengths are 20.2 ft, 22.3 ft and 24.3ft.

Tata T.12 Ultra Dimensions: Available in three wheelbases of 4530 mm, 4920 mm, and 5300 mm, three cargo bodies of 20 ft, 22.ft and 24ft, with cabin and body and high side deck cargo body option. The maximum gradeability of this truck is 33% and ground clearance of 189 mm.
