October 7, 2020: The introduction of the Furio range of trucks is Mahindra’s entry into the fast-expanding intermediate commercial vehicle segment. The boom in e-commerce, higher consumption & growing FMCG and appliances market means higher demand for ICV trucks. Being a full-truck player, Mahindra was missing from this rapidly growing segment. The entry of the Furio range of full ICVs now allows the company to serve to this high potential segment with multiple product offering at different tonnage points. The ICVs are well spread with multiple categories of trucks as they cater to different segments. Mahindra Furio 12 is a 12,000 kg gross weight truck suitable for various applications, including fruits & vegetables, parcel & courier, pharma, milk & frozen food, FMCG, Industrial and e-commerce, among other sectors. 

Mahindra Furio 12 Engine: Furio 12 is fitted with the all-new powertrain consists of Mahindra’s in-house mDi Tech, a 4-cylinder engine that produces 138hp of power at a whopping 525 Nm of torque, and tuned to a 6-speed overdrive synchro gearbox packed with the fuel-smart technology for higher mileage. 

Mahindra Furio 12 Cabin: Furio 12 comes with a 2.05-meter day cabin with a blower with a standard high side deck variant, but the closed container is available as an option.

Mahindra Furio 12 Design: The Mahindra Furio range appealing and stylish range of trucks. Furio 12 comes with a comfortable, functional, and safer cabin with a real-time driver information system fitted with this truck's standard. 

Furio 12 is available in three wheelbases 4500 mm, 5100 mm, 5450 mm; the fuel tanks is a standard 190L size, but you can opt for a smaller 160L too; the tyres are 8.25 R 20 size.
