Eicher Pro 1049 BS-IV

The Pro 1049 gets a cargo body length of 3068mm, making it apparently the longest in the segment. The Pro 1049 takes on Tata Motors 407 and Mahindra Jayo and is offered in two variants, Eicher Pro 1049 2750/BS-IV/CAB and Eicher Pro 1049 2750/BS-IV/FSD. Also, the vehicle is available in a total of two colour options namely, Golden Beige and New Golden Brown.

Powering the Eicher Pro 1049 are two engine options, E483 TCI 2V 4C BSIII and E483 2V 4C CRS BSIV variants respectively. With the former one offering 91hp of power and peak torque of 285Nm, the latter one offers a churning out 93hp of max power with a max torque of 300Nm. Handling the transmission is an ET30 S5 transmission assisted by five-speed manual shift with Hybrid GSL gears.
