Eicher Pro 6042

March 31, 2021: In the long-haul multi-axle rigid truck category, Eicher presents the EUTECH6 Pro 6042. This is a 42T GVW five-axle truck available at a price range of ₹ 39.20 - ₹ 42.85 lakh, ex-showroom New Delhi. A powerful rigid truck, also known as 14-tyre multi-axle rigid truck, and suitable for multiple applications like market load, tankers, cement, bulker, industrial goods, etc in open, close body or container applications.

Eicher Pro 6042 Engine & GearBox: The heavy-duty truck gets the high fuel-efficient VEDX8 engine that produces 260hp of torque at 1000 in 1000-1700 rpm range. The engine is tuned to a 9-speed manual gearbox.

Eicher Pro 6042 Suspensions: The front suspension is parabolic and at the rear is a semi-elliptical slipper.  

Eicher Pro 6042 Axles & Clutch: The rear axle heavy duty fully floating single reduction, 458 mm drive head. The clutch is 430 mm diameter in size.

Eicher Pro 6042 Brakes & Steering: The service brakes are dual circuit full air ‘S’ cam with ABS. To help with an easier driving experience the tilt and telescopic steering comes with standard power steering.

Eicher Pro 6042 Cabin & Rigid Body: The rigid truck is fitted with Eicher’s signature factory-fitted sleeper cabin that comes with top safety and comfort features. The cargo body is available in a loading span of 7647 mm, 8822 mm, 9422 mm and high side deck in 8866 mm. 

Eicher Pro 6042 Tyre & Fuel Tank: The front tyre is 295/90R20 & the rear is 10R20. The fuel tank is 350L in size.
