Highly optimized aggregates support the trucks' overall performance with improved suspension with high strength semi-elliptical leaf springs with 2-hydraulic double-acting shock absorbers, lower noise vibration, and harshness with improved engine moun. The banjo-type rear axle is capable of higher load carrying capacity and lesser prone to leakage. The chassis is made of high-strength steel with high tensile strength and bolted design for increased modularity. E-viscous fan to improve the performance of the vehicle and single-piece frame for engine mountings updated inline with BS6 engines. Serrated coupling flange propeller shaft for better reliability and maintenance. Long member thickness is increased to 5mm as standard from 4mm for LCV.
