Mahindra launches new e-Alfa Super rickshaw with an improved range of 20 percent to enhance earnings. Here are the details:
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility (LMM), has launched a new electric three-wheeler, the Mahindra e-Alfa Super, in India. With a range of 95 plus km/charge, the new e-Alfa Super is built to be the most viable self-employment option for driver partners in India to maximise earnings.
Equipped with a 140Ah lead-acid battery, the e-Alfa Super delivers a certified range that is 20 percent higher than before. The electric motor of the three-wheeler also generates 2.1hp (1.64 kW) peak power and 22Nm torque for faster trips and better driving experience.
Additionally, to enhance the ownership experience, Mahindra is also offering free accidental insurance worth Rs. 10 lakh for the driver upon purchasing the vehicle and a superior 18 A charger that comes with a 12-month warranty for faster charging times to help drivers minimise downtime and maximise their productivity.

Warranty Details Of e-Alfa Super:
Mahindra provides a one-year warranty on the vehicle, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Further, the battery of the e-Alfa Super is backed by an 18-month warranty, guaranteeing long-term reliability and customer satisfaction. There are more than 1150 Mahindra touchpoints, in India, through which the vehicle can be serviced as well.
Features Of e-Alfa Super:
The metal-bodied Mahindra e-Alfa Super comes with best-in-class safety features, including an advanced braking system, and roof-mounted grab handles. Apart from these, the vehicle has stylish headlights and cushioned seats, among others, for a better look and comfort.
Price Of Mahindra e-Alfa Super:
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility is offering the vehicle with a price tag of Rs. 1.61 lakh (ex-showroom). However, do note that the vehicle is available depending on the local government’s approval for e-rickshaws in the particular State.
Nonetheless, with the help of LMM’s charging partners, customers have access to more than 10,000 charging stations. With this, Mahindra aims to reduce range anxiety and improve EV adoption rates which can lead to a sustainable future.
