There are changes taking place in every sphere of life, and this is true with even the transportation sector too. Increasingly expanding cities, the need for faster delivery and the advent of the e-commerce sector pushed the last-mile delivery business models to a highly competitive level. In such a rapidly evolving market, transporters and fleet operators are looking at suitable vehicles-both the first mile and last-mile delivery. The Bolero brand is the choice of the vehicle for customers alike in the urban, semi-urban and rural India. The company has got a dominating position in the segment which is challenged by competitors but with little success. M&M has expanded the Bolero Pik-ups range to address the variety of customer’s needs and further strengthening its position.

Bolero Pik-up 4x4

One such variant of this range is the Bolero Pik-up 4x4 targeted at customers looking at a vehicle that can take on tough terrain with robust power, faster turnaround time and the ability to carry higher loads effortlessly. This strong 4x4 vehicle has a formidable presence on-road and capable of facing any terrain, be it the highways or off-road it performs equally well. Its strong chassis, rugged suspensions are ideal for any kind of challenging road conditions.

Not only the strong aggregates and powerful performance but the designers at Mahindra have also given a stylish look to this vehicle. The dashboard is extremely elegant and modern with all the necessary features for drivers, and power steering comes as an optional feature. The company claims ARAI certified 14 km of mileage.      

The Mahindra Bolero Pik-up 4x4 gets the proven m2DiCR 4-cylinder 2.5 liter TB engine, which gives a maximum output of 63hp at 3200 rpm and torque of 195 Nm, single-plate dry clutch along with 5-speed gearbox. Given the tough application, this Pik-up gets rigid leaf spring, anti-roll bar front suspension and hydraulic double acting telescopic shock absorbers. The front brakes come as disc and the ear ones are drum. The 4x4 Pik-up gets radial tyres with tubes.

The Bolero Pik-up 4x4 dimension includes a wheelbase of 3014, an overall length of 4859, width 1670 and height of 1810 and the outer load body comes with 2281x1532x750. The vehicle GVW is 2750 kg and a payload of 1010 kg.  As the family of Bolero Pik-up range, Mahindra offers a warranty of 2 years or 1 lakh km whichever is earlier on the 4x4 also gets variant.
