Tata Intra V70

The Tata Intra V70 is a small commercial vehicle (SCV), featuring a robust powertrain, rugged aggregates, and a wide load body. It is a new model under the Tata Intra series to carry cargo loads like milk cans, cement bags, food grains, marble granites, fruits, and vegetable crates for both intercity and intracity operations.

With fewer welding joints on its strong chassis, the Intra V70 model offers a rigid body construction. This compact truck has 3210 kg gross vehicle weight (GVW) with an enhanced payload capacity of 1700 kg. It enables the operator to drive the vehicle in Eco mode for better fuel efficiency.

The Tata Intra V70 is powered by a 4-cylinder direct injection BS6 diesel engine producing 80 hp (59.5 kW) at 4000 rpm and 220 Nm at around 1750-2500 rpm. Clubbed with 2 parabolic leaf springs in the front and 10 semi-elliptical leaf springs in the rear, the model is capable of supporting high vertical loads. 

For applying effective braking force, the Intra V70 is incorporated with a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. With 39.5 percent gradeability, it is designed to ensure seamless last-mile cargo delivery even on rugged terrains.
