Mehrotra Automobiles appointed as a dealer of AMW Motors for eastern UP

One of India's leading manufacturer of the commercial vehicles AMW Motors Limited has announced the appointment of its authorized dealer for eastern Uttar Pradesh. It is Mehrotra Automobiles, which is the sales and service dealer for cities like Allahabad, Pratapgarh, Chitrakoot, Jaunpur, Mirzapur and a few others. The company believes that this region has a massive potential for multi-axle haulage trucks, since the state government renewed its focus on strengthening the infrastructure. With this, the manufacturer is expecting that there will be a good demand for its tippers for road building and construction segments. This dealership was inaugurated by Shri. Kunwar Reoti Raman Singh, MP, of the 14th and 15th Lok Sabha. At present, this firm has a total of 1500 touch points and 123 dealerships across the country. It includes authorized sales, service, work shops, mobile vans and 'AMW SEVA', which is a 24/7 helpline service.

Speaking at the event, company's Director of Marketing, Mr. R.N. Rao said, "The industry has seen the most difficult times in the last two years. We at AMW took this as an opportunity to enhance our product range. We introduced our haulage range and added few more tipper variants keeping in mind the customer voice and offering products which offered better operating costs, low maintenance and higher uptime”.

Currently, this firm is India's third largest manufacturer of heavy commercial vehicles and is offering trucks ranging from 16 to 49 tonnes.
