Hino Trucks Opens new PDC in California

Hino Trucks has opened a new parts distribution center and a training facility in California. The Japanese truck maker has launched this new facility as part of its strategy to extend its network in the region.
Hino Trucks has recorded an exceptional growth during the last year. The company has managed to expand its field organization to three regions, while stretching its dealer network to about 220 locations across the country. Company's Total Support Activities including new products, ever expanding maintenance programs and fully connected vehicles are going to change the perception of customer support and interaction with them.
The company believes that the new PDC California, the second parts distribution center the USA will aid in dealership efficiency by improving the availability and parts, while enhancing the overall support to the dealers in the western region.
Jon Donato, Director of Parts sales, Hino Trucks, said, "Our year-over-year parts sales growth continues to eclipse the market. These kinds of numbers have meant that we have had to grow our infrastructure significantly as well. The new training facility is an extension to the Hino's National Training Center in Novi, Michigan and supports the dealer network through quality service, and efficient sales and service team.
