Eicher launches Pro 6000 series in Mumbai

Eicher Motors has a strong presence in the commercial vehicles space of India. Besides conducting operations through its sole label, the brand has a strategic partnership with Volvo Motors. Known as VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, the joint venture comprises a 50/50 shareholding between the two companies. The entity has launched the Eicher Pro 6000 series of next generation heavy-duty trucks in Mumbai. This series includes the Eicher Pro 6031, Eicher Pro 6025 haulage trucks and Eicher Pro 6025T tipper trucks.

The model series is available with VEDX5 and VEDX8 engines, designed along with the Volvo group. These engines come with Volvo's new Engine Management System (EMS 3.0) for improved working efficiency. As per the customer testimonials, this Pro 6000 Series offer 15-20% better fuel economy than rivals.
