Tata Prima 4928.S BS-IV

Under the hood, a 6.8-litre Cummins 6 ISBe 270 30, water-cooled direct injection diesel engine is present that can make a maximum power of 267 hp coming at 2,500 rpm and the peak torque is 970 Nm at a range between 1200 rpm and 1700 rpm. The power is sent to the wheels through a nine-speed manual gearbox along with 430 mm single disc dry friction type clutch.
