Tata Motors Opens a New Dealership at Madurai

India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer Tata Motors, has opened a new dealership and service facility at Madurai, Tamil Nadu in partnership with Vetri Motors. It is the thirteenth CV facility from the company in Madurai and is packed with state-of-the-art amenities. Spanning over 4,000 square meter area on NH7 bypass, it would handle the customers form not only Madurai but Dindigul, Theni and Virudhnagar districts as well.
Mr. Ravi Pisharody, Executive Director, Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, said, “At Tata Motors we are currently redesigning our network across the country, as part of our larger business plan, to improve our engagement and build stronger, lasting relationships with our customers. The new 3S facility has eight workshop bays, two accidents bays, and the soundly trained technicians can handle 30 vehicles as day. Taking care of customer comfort, it also has driver and technician rest rooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, vehicle display areas, rain-water harvesting system, environment friendly effluent treatment system and dedicated express service bays for swift work.
Present at the occasion was also Vetri Motor’s Managing Director, Tamil Selvam, who said, “The Vetri Group was established in 1991 and is celebrating 25 years with the launch of Vetri Motors here in Tamil Nadu. Having established itself as one of the most trusted business houses in Tamil Nadu, we hope to extend relationship to the Tata Motors customers here in the Tamil, with this state-of-the-art sales, service and spares facility.”
