The brakes are hydraulic dual-circuit at the front & combined with TMC at the rear, and get auto adjuster. 

The front suspension is helical compression spring with leading link & double acting shock absorber, and the rear suspension is rubber spring & double acting shock absorber. The chassis of Gem Cargo is monocoque type, made of pressed longitudinal and cross-section for higher durability and can carry heavy load effortlessly. The electrical system in this 3W consists of 12 V, 50 A, multi-plate lead-acid battery. The tyre size is 4.5 - 10 - 8 PR which can carry higher load quite effortlessly, help in beter mileage and are highly durable.
