Tresa Motors, a manufacturer of medium and heavy electric trucks, is actively hiring to establish a robust senior and mid-level engineering team. Over the next 6-9 months, Tresa Motors plans to welcome over 100 professionals, expanding its workforce to 150-plus members.

Tresa Motors is currently on a major hiring spree to grow their team and expand their presence in the market. Tresa Motors says this step is crucial for their expansion goals. Tresa Motors’ innovation journey in India began with the unveiling of the brand’s electric trucks, the Model V0.0 on July 3, 2023, and the V0.1 on September 7, 2023.

What Is Unique About Tresa Motors?

In September 2023, Tresa Motors stood out with the introduction of FLUX 350, a state-of-the-art platform featuring innovative engineering. This platform includes a permanent magnet synchronous axial flux motor, providing outstanding torque-to-weight ratio and efficient power delivery, perfect for heavy-duty applications such as electric trucks.

Tresa Motors asserts that its brand remains dedicated to the medium-to-heavy electric vehicle segment and the company is firm in its commitment while it has no intentions of entering the light commercial vehicle (LCV) market.

How Cool Is Tresa Model V0.1?

According to the brand, the Model V0.1 is the second iteration of Tresa’s electric truck, closer to on-road trials with its partners. Featuring Tresa Motors’ very own modular battery pack, the V0.1 truck’s range can be extended even after the truck is sold. In addition to this, it gets a Meg50-50kWh modular battery pack fully submerged in di-electric liquid for battery cooling.

Further, Tresa says that Model V0.1 features LIDAR and artificial intelligence. LIDAR or Light Detection And Ranging, is a technology that uses infrared light or lasers to create a three-dimensional image of the environment for occupant safety.
