Mahindra Launches Supro CNG Duo With Rated Payload Of 750 kg And Best-In-Segment Mileage

Mahindra launches Supro CNG Duo dual-fuel Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV).

Mahindra & Mahindra announced the launch of the Supro CNG Duo- a dual-fuel Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV). The brand says the Supro CNG Duo provides customers with the best-in-class payload, unmatched mileage and higher power.

Compared to the Mahindra Supro Profit Truck Mini, the new Supro CNG Duo delivers slightly higher power and performance on paper. The Supro CNG Duo churns out 20.01kW (27BHP) of maximum power and 60Nm of peak torque while the Supro Profit Truck Mini only produces 19.4kW of power and 58Nm of torque.

In terms of payload capacity, the Supro Profit Truck Mini has a payload rated 900kg while the Supro CNG Duo has only 750kg. However, compared to the 650kg rated payload of Tata Ace Gold CNG in the same segment, the Supro Duo has the best-in-class rated payload.

Apart from the payload capacity, the Mahindra Supro Duo is said to also deliver best-in-class mileage. The company claims that the new truck has the ability to produce 23.35 km/kg which is higher than the Tata Ace Gold CNG truck and other contenders. Hence, the Mahindra Supro CNG Duo might be the best in its segment as claimed by Mahindra.

Mahindra claims the new Supro CNG Duo gets a meticulously developed and rigorously tested CNG and Petrol kit which ensures top-class reliability and performance. They say the vehicle comes equipped with what the brand claims to be an intelligent CNG leakage detection system that ensures maximum customer safety.

Additionally, the brand also equips the truck with a conveniently positioned fire extinguisher for quick response in case of any emergencies.

Mahindra Supro CNG Duo Price:

The Mahindra Supro CNG Duo is available for purchase at a starting price of Rs. 6.32 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Its faces competition from the likes of Tata Ace Gold CNG and Maruti Super Carry CNG.
