Piaggio Ape Plus

Mar 20, 2020: The Piaggio Ape Plus is a comfortable and large body three-wheeler that offers its drivers with overall stability while driving. Due to its practicality for use inside the city, Ape Plus is mostly used to deliver goods within the city. While the truck offers the best in class space and comfort, its build quality offers a GVW of 725 kg besides offering a wheelbase of 1920mm. 

The Ape Plus three-wheeler provides a healthy competition to the similar likings of Tata and Eicher. Considering its vast use, this vehicle is offered in a total of three variants namely Piaggio Ape Plus 5-Seater CNG, Piaggio Ape Plus 3-Seater and Piaggio Ape Plus 5-Seater LPG. All the options flaunt the similar yellow and black exterior colour option.

Powering the Ape Plus CNG and LPG variant is a 395cc Single Cylinder, Naturally aspirated, Water Cooled, Spark Ignition engine that produces a maximum power output of 8.72 hp and generates peak torque of up to 23 Nm. The other engine offering is 4-Stroke Single Cylinder naturally aspirated air-cooled 435cc engine that is capable of putting out a maximum power of 8 hp alongside a peak torque of 21 Nm.
