Tata Prima LX 2525.K BS-IV

Aug 9, 2019: During 2017, the homegrown automaker, TATA launched the Prima LX 2525.K at the 9th International Construction Equipment and Construction Technology Trade Fair (EXCON 2017). It is one of the best names in the transportation industry. It can have two different body types, including Box or scoop body.

Under the hood, there is a 6.7-litre Cummins ISBe engine, which is capable of returning a maximum power of 242 hp at 2500 rpm and the peak torque is at 950 Nm coming at a range of 1,200 to 1700 rpm. The power is sent to the wheels through a nine-speed manual transmission along with 430 mm single plate dry friction type clutch.

The GVW of the truck is enormous of 25 tonnes. It is built on a wheelbase of 3950 mm. The decent ground clearance of 262 mm assures that the truck will not be harmed while going through the bad roads.
