The Kinetic Super DX is powered by a 1 kW BLDC motor paired with lead-acid battery that provides a range of up to 70 km on a single charge. The battery takes 2 hours to charge to full. The e-rickshaw is great at handling slopes with a gradeability of 7 degrees.

Coming on the performance of this auto-rickshaw, first and most vital is the battery and motor. The DX comes with both lead acid tubular and lithium-ion batteries, you can choose anyone. The motor is BLDC type with a maximum power of 1.9kW and rated power of 1000w. The voltage figure is 48V and current rating is 45amps. 

You also get an on-board charger with 230V/48V input & output. Kinetic Green says the DX lead-acid battery needs charging of 8-10 hours while the modern lithium-ion battery needs just 2-3 hours for a full charge. This 4 seater auto can go up to 80 km per charge with a maximum speed of 25 kmph.
