The truck is available in three load body variants with common wheelbase of 3,100 mm. It has 4-Cylinder 2,596 cc turbocharged intercooled diesel engine churning out 80 bhp power and 215 Nm torque. Other specifications include a decent top speed of 100 km/h offering a shorter turnaround time. A GVW of 5,850 kg supports a payload capacity of 3,480 kg, which is quite decent for intra-city movements such as carrying loads from warehouse and market, FMCG, grocery or others. It’s day cabin is equipped with seat belts, optional power steering, bottle holder, lockable glove box and more.

Force has powered 2650 FTI Shaktiman truck with a TD-2650 FTI 4-Cylinder Turbocharged Intercooled 2,596cc diesel engine, which is good to produce 80 hp power @ 3,200 rpm and a peak torque of 215 Nm @ 1,800 - 2000 rpm. Complied with BS-III emission norms, it could hit the top speed of 100 km/h while being paired with a 5-speed (5F+1R) manual synchromesh transmission gearbox system and single plate dry type clutch.
Vehicle Built and Load Capacity
Detailing the dimensions of vehicle, it is overall 5,172 mm long, 1,990 mm wide, 2,300 mm high with a wheelbase of 3100 mm and turning radius of 6,500 mm with ground clearance of 243 mm. When it comes to the load capacity, it could lift up to Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 5,850 kg, which is distributed over front and rear axles in ratio of 2,200 kg and 3,650 kg, respectively, including kerb weight of 2,370 kg. Braking and Safety
Braking should be taken care off very seriously on not-so-comfortable roads where rules get broken often then followed. Well, Force, being an Indian company has acknowledged this and equipped FTI 2650 Shaktiman with Hydraulic Dual Circuit Vacuum Assisted brakes, Front Drum Brakes, Rear Duo Servo and Drum Brakes and Mechanical Parking Brakes on rear wheels.
There also are seat belts available to further improve the chance of getting less injured in case of a mishap or accident.
Design and Comfort
Force 2650 TDI Shaktiman has been tweaked a bit in terms of design with some of the new features on both exteriors and interiors. Over the outside, there is new attractive front fascia, re-tweaked grille and bumper and wider wind screen to enhance the visibility.
Inside, there is new dashboard, lockable glove box, bottle holders in cab doors and side padding to ensure the needed coziness to its driver and 2 occupants.
