Exterior and Interior

The HiLoad is available in two variants DV and PV- in flat-bed, container, and open body options to cater to the diverse customer needs, and if you take a look at this e-rickshaw- it appears quite contemporary. While the overall design is quite similar to the conventional auto-rickshaw-there is a lot that's different in the exterior. The Hiload makes its road presence felt at the first glance, the sleek design is appealing. The front of this e-rickshaw is stylish with the large windscreen for clear visibility during driving, the compact yet roomy cabin and the large cargo deck, everything fits quite well in the frame.

The HiLoad is an L5N type of vehicle with a cabin for a driver and a large cargo deck in two sizes- 6 x 4.7 x 4.3 and 6 x 4.7 x open (lxbxh in ft). The vehicle's overall length is 3400 mm and width is 1460 mm and height is 2100 mm/1800 mm. Both the variants come in standard GVW of 1413 kg. The overall exterior makes the HiLoad highly visible e-rickshaw with all the modern elements- strong, rugged, stylish and durable. 

Taking the driving comfort and safety into account the HiLoad gets a projector headlamp for low-light driving and better visibility in fog. The radial tubeless tyres are in 5.5-12 sizes and come with a higher tyre width of 30% for greater road grip. The best-in-class 190 mm of ground clearance for greater water wading depth and safety while underbody water. The independent axle system for better turning and driving dynamics and superior driving comfort. The front suspension is a hydraulic shock absorber with a helical spring, and at the rear is a trailing arm with a hydraulic shock absorber with a helical spring type. The braking is regenerative type, the front brake is disc and rear is drum type, while the parking brake is mechanical level type. And there is a liquid cooling battery thermal management system. 

Performance

At the heart of this e-rickshaw is the modern, latest tech-equipped powertrain to ensure your cargo delivery reaches its destination fast and quickly, no matter the city traffic/congestion. Firstly, HiLoad comes with a payload of 668kg and 655 kg depending on the variants, much higher than the conventional three-wheeler which is roughly around 500kg. This makes sure your earning potential remains high, then the e-rickshaw promises a higher 100 km real-life driving range and a normal charging time of 3.5/4 hours. And unlike the other competitors, the Hiload gets fast charging, which allows you to charge nearly 50% of the capacity in 15 minutes. Hiload is packed with a lithium-ion, 72V, 12.4kWh battery. The motor is a three-phase induction type with a peak power of 10.96 kW and 7.1 kW.
