Bajaj Compact 2S BS-IV

Mar 4, 2020: The Bajaj Compact 2S is a three-seater customer vehicle that has been designed to offer last-mile connectivity, small scale transport for its owners. While having a highly efficient fuel return as its major USP, the Bajaj Compact 2S gives a healthy competition to the likes of similar offerings by TVS and other sub 8hp engine capacity.

Following the under-pinnings of the RE 4S, the 2S 2000 series segment also gets all the possible engine options, Petrol, CNG, and LPG. The variants of the vehicle are named as Bajaj Compact 2S 3-Seater/2000/CNG, Bajaj Compact 2S 3-Seater/2000/LPG, and the Bajaj Compact 2S 3-Seater/2000/Petrol.

Powering the 2000 series is the similar 145cc two-stroke engine which produces different levels of outputs for the different fuel type. The LPG trim produces 8hp of power along with 15Nm torque while the CNG drivetrain produces 7hp power with 13.8Nm of torque. Lastly, the Petrol engine produces 8hp power with 17Nm of peak torque.
