Tata Motors Opens New Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Bikaner

Aiming to increase its already strong foothold in the country, foremost commercial vehicle maker Tata Motors has opened up a new 3S dealership in Bikaner, Rajasthan (where 3S stands for sales, service and spares). Tata has paired up with Rajaram Dharnia Fourwheels for this Bikaner based commercial vehicle dealership. The company had also unveiled a similar facility in Madurai a few weeks ago.

This new state-of-the-art facility will cater to the needs of customers related to sales, service, spare parts, finance and other value added services for trucks ranging from 0.5 to 11 tonnes. There will also be another dealership in Nagaur district with the same partner, informed Tata Motors.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. R. T. Wasan, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, said, “At Tata Motors providing our customers with best-in-class product ownership and reach is our priority and through this new partnership with Rajaram Dharnia Fourwheels in Rajasthan, we reiterate our commitment to do just that. The Bikaner facility is located on NH 15 making it easier for heavy vehicles on the move. The dealership will be having resting amenities for both drivers and technicians including a customer lounge for visiting customers. For best experience to its customers, the facility has nine service bays, two express bays and one accidental bay operated by trained staff. The area is quite spacious and can hold 18 vehicles in a day. To contribute its bit for the environment, this new facility will also have rain water harvesting system, Wi-Fi connectivity, effluent treatment system and vehicle display areas.
