The company also showcased key technologies and services apart from launching the new Signa range of medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCVs). The event was held as an initiative to promote its new vehicles and enhance customer purchase experience of its M&HCVs.

The Advanced Trucking Expo – Truck World witnessed as many as 35 different vehicles by the leading Indian auto maker. The two day event, held last week, was part of a unique step by Tata Motors to connect to the trucking customers and their families. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajesh Kaul, Business Head, Intermediate, Medium & Heavy Trucks, Tata Motors, said, “With over 32 commercial vehicles from our IM&HCV range, 5 trucking technologies, 14 service offerings, along with stage performances for customers and their families, TRUCK WORLD promises to make the experience of buying a Tata Motors commercial vehicle even more special.”

The event also offered opportunities for the brand to showcase its products and solutions. In total, the expo offered a first-of-its-kind comprehensive purchase experience by a commercial vehicle brand. In addition, cultural activities at the event kept the commercial vehicle consumers and their families enthralled and entertained.

However, the highlight of the event was Tata’s impressive Signa range. On display were the Signa 4923.S tractor, the Signa 3118.T MAV truck and the Signa 2518.K construction and mining vehicle.

Showing his enthusiasm over the launch of the new Tata Signa range of M&HCVs, Mr. Kaul said, “With over 6 decades of manufacturing and engineering heavy duty commercial vehicles, today’s unveil in the form of the new Signa range of M&HCVs, is a showcase of that experience, presenting years of hard work, all aimed at increasing fleet efficiency, at the same time attracting the best drivers.” He also added that with the new offerings, Tata Motors hopes to bring modern trucking mainstream for the truck maker’s M&HCV customers, thus addressing emerging needs for a safer, more comfortable and connected commercial vehicle experience.

The new Signa range with proven and reliable aggregates will include tractor-trailers, multi-axle trucks and tippers, perfectly designed for customers craving for better in-cab experience and a more connected vehicle.
