Omega Seiki Mobility bags 1,500 units order for its electric three-wheeler Rage+

The company announces a partnership with zero-emission logistics players Zyngo to supply its powerful all-electric battery-operated three-wheeler. The Rage+ will be deployed for all kinds of last-mile deliveries.  

The all-electric three-wheeler continues to gain prominence in the last-mile delivery vehicle segment. As more and more customers are finding them highly convenient to use, affordable and profitable, further cementing their position as greener and efficient vehicles.

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) and Zyngo, a zero-emission logistics provider, have today announced a strategic partnership to deploy 1,500 electric cargo vehicles for last-mile delivery across India. The OSM Rage+ EVs will further expand Zyngo’s fleet to cater to the ever-growing demand for last-mile delivery solutions.

The Rage Plus is a 960 kg GVW electric cargo three-wheeler with a 500 kg payload capacity. With a top speed of 45 kmph, the Rage Plus comes with a fixed type battery of 10.8 kWh capacity with a company certified Rage of 120 km. 

Increasing demand by e-commerce marketplaces to reach consumers' doorsteps have fueled the demand for eco-friendly and pollution-free last-mile delivery vehicles. To cater to this growing demand OSM will be introducing a second shift at its Faridabad mother plant from April 2022 onwards.

Zyngo makes the best use of modern technology to ensure optimum service efficiency, fleet utilization and productivity. A high-tech app along with GPS & IoT enabled vehicle tracking systems to help Zyngo to manage logistics operations better & in a productive way.
