Just Two More Days for Mahindra Transport Excellence Awards 2016

Mahindra Transport Excellence Awards, a glittering and coveted annual ceremony by Mahindra Truck and Bus Division, will be held on February 3, 2017. The award will be honouring the unknown talent in the commercial vehicle industry based on excellence, innovation and change leadership. The commercial vehicle maker had earlier rolled out nominations for the event from August to October 31 last year.
The winners are chosen by recognizing their efforts towards these three themes: accepting no limits, alternative thinking and driving positive change. An elite jury scrutinizes, evaluates and validates the innumerable entries received for the awards. The initial stage begins with the Screening Jury and the participating filtered entries are presented to the Expert Jury. Region wise nominations are selected and are passed through a Grand Jury and the winners are felicitated in the award ceremony on the event night.
Starting from 7pm on Friday, the three-hour long award ceremony will revolve around 19 categories that include Fleet Owner - Outperformance Growth Strategies - more than 100 HCVs, HCV Tipper Fleet Owner - Construction Segment, Emerging Fleet Owner, Youth Transport Personality, Lady Transport Personality, Safety - Hazardous Goods Transportation, Commercial Vehicle Financier, Highway Dhaba and Road Safety Short Story Contest.
The Mahindra Transport Excellence Awards 2015 was held on March 4 last year. Top executives of Mahindra, senior officials of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, delegates from several media houses and India’s most recognized fleet owners, dealers and transporters had graced the event.
Like every year, the upcoming award function on Friday is expected to be a much anticipated gala event of the commercial vehicle industry.
