BharatBenz makes rapid progress in network expansion across India.

Despite a massive slowdown in the domestic, commercial vehicle market, BharatBenz expanded its network by 30% in 2019. The company opens a new 24 bays, six accident bays, and an exclusive paint shop equipped 3S dealership in Karnataka, totaling a total of 14 in the state.

This new 3S facility is yet another stride by BharatBenz in strengthening its connect with customers by expanding its network not only in Karnataka but across India and also recognising the potential in the Indian truck market potential over the long-term.
Speaking at the event Satyakam Arya, Managing Director & CEO, DICV said: “While competitors contract, we expand. In 2018 we announced our intention to reduce customer reach from 200 to 100 kilometers in 3 years. With this, our 236th touchpoint, we are already down to 140 km. It is our continuous endeavor to be present wherever our customers need us; our fast-growing network demonstrates our confidence in the Indian market.”
