Ashok Leyland has recently introduced this top-end 48T GVW tipper, the 4825 tippers are known as, 5-axle and 16-tyre tipper for some of the largest & tough project execution. This tipper gets the proven A-Series, CRS engine with iGen-6 technology. The tipper produces 250 HP of power at a massive 900 Nm of torque at 1200-1800 rpm range. To allow heavy cargo lifting with bulk volume, the 4825 tipper comes with a load body of a box with 25% canopy in 29 m3. There is a 16Cum box body option available too.
The front suspension is semi-elliptic multi-leaf with an option of parabolic springs with shock absorber and ARV. At the rear is a non-reactive suspension with semi-elliptic. The tipper is fitted with 11R20, 11X20, 295/9R, 295/95D type tyres offering better fuel mileage and greater pickup and durability.
Ashok Leyland 4220 Tipper another heavy tipper in the 42T GVW category. The 4220 Tipper is also known as a 14-tyre heavy-duty tipper. Suitable for several including earthwork, coal, iron ore, sand, blue metal, road construction, river sand, etc. this tipper gets the H series, CRS with iGen-6 technology BS6 engine. It is capable of producing 200HP of power at a maximum 700 Nm of torque.
Ashok Leyland 4220 Tipper is equipped with a front suspension of non-reactive semi-elliptic multi-leaf, the parabolic spring is an option. The rear suspension is a non-reactive semi-elliptic. The 4220 tipper is available in Cowl, sleeper, value and premium factory-fitted cabins.
The 4225 tipper is identical to the 4220 sharing almost all the key aggregates and configuration. The only difference on this tipper that you get is the more powerful A-series engine of Ashok Leyland that produces 250hp of power at 900 Nm of torque. Essentially the same GVW tipper with more power for those customers who need a bigger tipper for highly critical projects.
The 3525 Tipper caters the 35T GVW category and is also known as 12-tyre, 4-axle tipper. The tipper gets Ashok Leyland’s A-series engine that produces 250hp of power at a peak torque of 900 Nm at1200-18000 rpm. The engine is tuned to a 9-speed gearbox. The front suspension is semi-elliptic multi-leaf, and the parabolic as an option. The rear suspension is bogie or NRS semi-elliptic type. The factory-fitted standard cabin is N- cay cabin. You can also select the more premium cabin. The tipping body comes in 16 m3, 18 m3, 22 m3 sizes. A multiple tyre configuration is available like the 295/90R20, 295/95D20, 11x20 16PR and 11R20 16PR
The 3520 Tipper is another option in the 35T GVW tipper segment that gets the lower power engine. Ashok Leyland is offering choice to the buyer with two different engine options. In the 3520 Tipper, you get an H-series engine that produces 200hp of power at a peak torque of 700 Nm at1200-1800 rpm. The engine is tuned to a 9-speed gearbox. The tipping body comes in 16 m3, 18 m3, 22 m3 sizes.
The 2825 Tipper is the top-end tipper in the 28T gross weight category with a more powerful engine. This 10-tyre, 3-axle tipper gets the A-series engine that produces 250hp of power at 900 Nm of torque, and for easier driving experience and greater mileage, the engine is tuned to an efficient 9-speed gearbox.
The tipper comes with standard N-type day cabin with tipping bodies options of 14 m3, 16 m3, 18 m3, 20 m3 sizes. A multiple tyre configuration is available of 295/90R20, 295/95D20, 11x20 16PR, 11R20 16PR and also 11x20 mine lug 18PR.
Another 28T GVW tipper from Ashok Leyland with a small size engine. The 2820 Tipper gets the 200hp H series engine that produces 700Nm of torque between 1200-2000 rpm and tuned to a 6-speed gearbox. The other configuration and specification are almost identical to its sibling the 2825 Tipper as they fall in the similar GVW category.
