A Run-through of the Cabin Features of Mahindra Blazo 49
Published On Jun 30, 2016
First unveiled at Auto Expo 2016, the Mahindra Blazo series has been a rage ever since. Combining smart new technology with unparalleled features, Mahindra Blazo trucks come with FuelSmart technology presented in the form of three switches (for three load types)—Turbo, Heavy and Light. The vehicle also has a cutting-edge design and state-of-the art cabin features, which make the truck stand out among its contemporaries in other segments.
Taking into account the fact that drivers have to spend half their lives inside the cabin, Mahindra has built the truck interiors to keep the drivers safe and fatigue-free.
The single sleeper cabin of this semi-trailer truck comes equipped with a Driver information System for imparting critical vehicle information during emergency, next-gen features and improved interiors. Comfortable three-way adjustable driver seats, factory fitted fans, tilt and telescopic steering increase the driver experience. Also, the driver can view more of the road and surrounding due to a wide windshield and large rear view mirrors.
Apart from this, Mahindra Blazo 49 has a 4-vent AC system, a music system and the unique FuelSmart switch, keeping the interiors cool and lively at all times.
A combination of all these feature cabin features ensure safe and fatigue-free driving, ensuring fewer stopovers by drivers and longer, break-free drives in less time. This increases the turnaround time and increases profitability for business owners.
Mahindra Blazo 49 has a GVW of 49000 kg. The truck is equipped with an mPower 7.2 ltr FuelSmart engine with good power outputs of 260 bhp @ 2200 rpm and torque numbers of 960 Nm @ 1200-1600 rpm. The high torque and low rpm engine supports multiple modes of engine outputs as per load capacity for better fuel efficiency. Thus, this Blazo truck guarantees more mileage and more profitability for business.
Mahindra Blazo 49 can be used for multiple applications such as delivering cement and other construction material, food grains, machinery, steel, blocks of stone, and frozen food. The vehicle can also be customized as a container, a bulker and for transporting over dimensional cargo.
